俄羅斯軟糖

Step 1. Line your pan with PARCHMENT PAPER(準備一個容器,鋪上羊皮紙, 其實玻璃紙也可以)

Step 2. Mix 2 packs Gelatin with 6 TBSP water(拿6 tbsp的水混合兩等分的Gelatin,吉利丁,又稱為明膠)

Step 3. Mix 1 1/3 cups Sugar   (混合 1又1/3杯的糖, 1/2 杯的Light Corn Syrup=粟米膠(製做龍鬚糖的原料)

            1/2 cup plus 2 TBSP Light Corn Syrup

            and 1/4 cup Water

Step 4. Cook over high heat until it reaches 240F=115deg . celsius 加熱到攝氏115.5555度

Step 5. Pour Hot sugar into Gelatin mixture. 將熱的糖加入明膠混合物+1/4 鹽巴.

            and 1/4 TSP Salt

Step 6. Mix 5-10 mins, until very thick 攪拌5-10分鐘...直到稠密...

Step 7. Add 1 TSP Peppermint Extract 加入薄荷萃取...香料...

            1 1/2 TSP Vanilla Extract 加入香草.

Step 8. Pour into pan  倒入容器中...

Step 9. Cover with parchment Paper 然後蓋上羊皮紙...放過夜...

            and let sit overnight

Step 10. Cut into Squares with scissors 用剪刀剪...

Step 11. Coat with equal parts cornstarch and powered sugar 放入適量玉蜀黍澱粉還有糖霜...

Step 12. Package for Holiday hot chocolate kits 包裝起來當做禮品...

我給的資料沒包括核桃...所以可以自行添加....
